I had the pleasure of attending one of the most interesting, diverse and engaging conferences in recent memory last week in London. Spark The Change was designed to bring together leaders from across the business to explore how they can work together to create lasting and total change.
I was honoured to be invited to speak about Lean Enterprise.
Our world and future business opportunities are continuously emerging through advances in design, technology, and wider social and economic change. Organizations must continually revisit the question, “What business are we in, and how can we organize to maximise our performance”.
